Magnetizing machine is composed of charging, energy storage, amplification, control, output and other parts.
Charging is a power frequency 220V power supply, transformer step-up, after rectification, with silicon controlled capacitor charging. Due to the use of constant current charging, the impact on the power grid is small.
When the voltage is rushed to the required setting value, the foot switch is started and the capacitor is discharged through the output system (magnetizing coil package).
When the pedal is loosened, the magnetizer continues to charge and reuse.
